It is also oil and water resistant, preventing air and liquid leaks that could damage equipment.
With a quick-curing formula, it is easy to use and forms rapidly, adapting to any shape to create a strong, leak-proof gasket instantly. It can replace most cut gaskets, saving time and costs.
Good thixotropy, no flow, no corrosion and pollution of parts and components; excellent gas, water and oil tightness; excellent electrical insulation and aging resistance; good temperature resistance, up to 343℃，Peel off, can replace all gaskets.
EASY TO USE，Curing when the product is exposed to the moisture in air, it forms a tough, waterproof seal on most surfaces. It will not shrink or crack, resists weathering and is sensor safe.
Directions:
01. Ensure the surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, and free of oil, dirt, or old gasket residue. Use appropriate cleaners or sandpaper for cleaning and smoothing.
02. Evenly apply the Gasket Maker to one of the surfaces. Ensure the application is of moderate thickness, covering the entire area to be sealed without excess.
03. Immediately after applying the sealant, align and assemble the two parts to be sealed. Press gently to ensure even distribution of the sealant.
04. Allow the appropriate curing time as per the product instructions. Avoid moving or applying heavy pressure during this period. Initial curing may take a few minutes to hours, with full curing potentially requiring up to 24 hours.
