POWER EAGLE CV Joint Grease is specially designed for CV joints, featuring molybdenum disulfide and extreme pressure additives that provide excellent protection under sliding, impact, and heavy-load conditions, making it suitable for high-performance vehicles.
This grease is a smooth, black formulation designed for high-load applications, offering superior anti-wear performance, excellent water washout resistance, and reliable operation in diverse environments, including extreme conditions.
It incorporates advanced rust, oxidation, and corrosion inhibitors, providing robust protection against environmental degradation and ensuring reliable, long-term performance even under harsh operating conditions.
It effectively resists "squeeze out" under heavy loads and extreme pressures, maintaining a durable lubrication film to ensure smooth operation and extended equipment life in demanding conditions.
Directions:
01. Add the right amount of grease.
If the amount of grease added is too large, the friction torque will increase, the temperature will rise, and the grease consumption will increase; if the amount of grease added is too small, reliable lubrication cannot be obtained and dry friction will occur.
02. It is forbidden to mix greases of different brands
Since the thickeners, base oils and additives used in greases are different, mixing them will cause changes in the colloid structure, increase oil separation, change in viscosity, and affect mechanical stability.
